On September 12, 2024, ConcertES and CES/ULiège hosted a lively roundtable event in Namur, Belgium, bringing together stakeholders from across the SE sector. This Lunch-debate, titled “Co-Constructing a Training Catalogue on Green, Digital, and Inclusive Transitions” aimed to foster collaboration and share insights on sustainable transformation in the SE.
The session kicked off with a presentation on the B-WISE project, which shares synergies with our baSE project. Following this, we introduced the baSE training catalogue, which features 29 courses and 10 MOOCs tailored for SE stakeholders and partners. These courses highlight essential skills and knowledge to drive forward green, digital, and inclusive transitions within the sector.
A central focus of the roundtable was a collaborative workshop to advance the Belgian MOOC “Support Change Management for the Triple Transition – Green, Digital, Inclusive – within SEOs.” Participants worked in sub-groups to evaluate and brainstorm around key aspects, such as content relevance, interactivity, and optimal blends of theoretical and practical material. This discussion provided valuable input that will shape the MOOC as it heads toward a 2025 pilot phase.
The event underscored the significance of stakeholder involvement in shaping effective training resources. The insights gathered are now being integrated to ensure the baSE project meets the needs of a diverse and evolving SE landscape.
