The first pilot wave of the MOOC course “Implement System Thinking for Social Economy in the Green Transition” was successfully delivered in Spain, led by MONDRAGON and MGEP. This 16-week blended learning program engaged a diverse group of participants, including social economy professionals from ILUNION, trainers from MGEP, and governance experts from the MONDRAGON cooperative network.
Participants praised the course for its clear and well-structured content, highlighting its strong foundational approach to system thinking. The flexible online format and interactive activities such as seminars, expert interviews, and self-diagnosis exercises were appreciated as effective tools that fostered reflection and practical understanding.
With a high participant satisfaction rate, the pilot demonstrated the potential of baSE’s innovative training to empower social economy actors in driving the green transition through systemic approaches.
