The pilot course “Developing a Roadmap for Sustainable Practices in SEOs“, led by our Italian partners AICCON, Legacoopsociali, and ENAIP NET, aims to equip managers and sector leaders of Social Economy Organisations (SEOs) with the tools to integrate sustainability principles into their daily operations and long-term strategies. The course spans 18 hours, combining 10 hours of online MOOC training with 8 hours of in-person sessions held in Bologna.
Through a mix of interactive teaching methods, including case studies, expert presentations, and problem-based learning, the course fosters practical skills and real-life applications. Participants include social economy practitioners, trainers, and experts from various Italian organizations, who provide valuable insights and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement.
Feedback from participants has highlighted the relevance of the course content and the effectiveness of the blended learning approach, confirming its potential to support sustainable development within social economy organisations.
