baSE project presents SocioComp
A structured competence framework outlining the skills, knowledge and attitudes Social Economy Organisations need to respond to today’s challenges.
Grounded in real needs and gaps identified across Europe, you can use it as a tool to support your SEOs on:
- training design
- curriculum development
- organisational strategy, and
- long-term skills planning
After a long research process, with expert workshops and validation rounds involving 25 partners across 10 EU countries, the SocioComp is finally approved by the EC as the Social Economy Competence Framework.
It is organised around three interconnected transition areas:
- Green transition -embedding sustainability and systems thinking
- Digital transition - from basic digital use to ethical and strategic innovation
- Fair & inclusive transition - integrating inclusion into governance, management and business models
Each competence evolves from foundation to advanced level, making development measurable and adaptable.
