baSE MOOC is available !
After a deepen research that included researching training offers and gaps around Europe, a national research on each country of the baSE consortium on their state of social economy and their competences needs, plus a synthesis report identifying the general competence and skill needs of SEOs to effectively face the twin transition and the inclusiveness challenge, baSE launched a catalogue outline consisting of 29 courses to address the training needs of SEOs in the triple transition (Green, Digital and Fair&Inclusive transition).
But we did not stop there! We piloted 10 courses from the catalogue in different countries from the national clusters baSE consortium (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland and Greece) and now we are glad to announce that the finest results are available on the E-learning MOOC UP platform: https://learn.socialeconomyskills.eu/
Each course is consistent with one or more transition challenges in the Social Economy:
Green transition:
- Develop a roadmap for sustainable practices in social economy organisations
- Implement System Thinking for Social Economy in the Green Transition
- Understand the green transition challenges
Digital transition:
- Integrate Digital Transformation and Disruption in the SE sector
- Discover the EU tools and funds to promote digitalisation in the Community Supported Agriculture Symposium (Digital and Green)
Fair & Inclusive:
- Promote social advocacy strategies as a leverage in the SE ecosystem
- Support the team with ethical leadership
- Introduce (the application of) Universal Design principles in your SEO
- Assess the social impact of Social economy organisations (Fair and Green)
Fair, Digital and Green:
- Support change management to achieve the triple transition – Green, Digital, Inclusive – within the SEO
