baSE policy lab June 4th 2026

Building on baSE previous results, this Policy Lab brings together policymakers, practitioners, training providers and social economy networks to reflect on how training solutions can be strengthened, scaled and embedded into broader skills curricula and policy ecosystems.

The event will present the project’s key training tools and lessons learned from pilot training activities, including practical experiences from the field.

Through an interactive exchange, participants will share experiences and discuss the conditions needed to expand skills development in the social economy. They will also contribute to validating and refining a set of draft EU-level policy recommendations addressing key enabling conditions for the sector, including the replication of training models, supportive legal and policy frameworks, sustainable funding mechanisms and stronger coordination between social economy networks, training systems and public authorities.
