Yesterday, on the 22nd of January, we had the pleasure of participating in the seminar “Education in the Social Economy Sector: Learning from Experiences“ as part of the SWEET project, hosted by REVES.
The event provided a valuable platform to discuss how Social Economy Organisations (SEOs) can collaborate effectively at both EU and local levels. Through an engaging exchange of experiences from various projects and initiatives, we explored key topics such as:
- Profiles of learners;
- Competence areas;
- Tools and pedagogical approaches.
During the seminar, we presented the four occupational profiles—Social Economy Manager, Social Economy Practitioner, Social Economy Supporter, and Social Economy Worker. These profiles were developed to support the social economy’s adaptation to the triple transition (digital, green, and social), providing a framework for fostering the necessary skills and competences. We also shared the methodology behind the research and highlighted best practices for its implementation.
A big thank you to our partners SEE, ENSIE, DG EMPL, and B-WISE for their active participation and invaluable contributions!
