The first pilot of the training course, “Supporting Psychological Well-being at the Workplace as a Leadership Competence in the Social Economy“ has been successfully completed in Germany.
Led by Stiftung Universität Hildesheim, the course brought together 10 professionals working in the care and social economy sectors. Participants included team leaders, HR managers, and coordinators from various organisations. Over the course of 25 hours, they engaged in a hybrid format combining live webinars, individual reflection tasks, and peer discussions.
The training focused on enhancing leadership skills around mental well-being, psychological safety, and inclusive work environments. Feedback was highly positive — participants reported increased confidence and practical tools to support their teams. Two of them will continue as future trainers in the next phases of the project!
Based on the pilot results, the course will now be refined and implemented in other countries during the second wave.
