On 10 December 2024, SZOWES hosted the baSE national event in Gryfino, Poland, bringing together 40 participants from the social economy sector.
The event opened with presentations on the project’s progress, key research findings on social economy competencies, and upcoming activities, including training and educational initiatives. Discussions also addressed the planned amendments to the Social Economy Act and their impact on the sector.
In the afternoon, participants joined an interactive workshop focused on identifying training needs of West-Pomeranian social economy organisations. The session concluded with recommendations to guide the next steps of the project.
